So,Haci Ilbeywas born in 1305 in Bilak city in this building. Karasi building was situated between Bilik city and Chana Kale in the area which is present in Turkey today.  It was built by the chief of a Turkish Salaj, Kara Isa Bey, who belonged to a learned family of the Turks.
